Deep Friendship Quotes for a Healthy Relationship

Imagine waking up on your birthday to see some words of friendship sent as text to you?

One of the best feelings we would ever experience in our lives is the ones we experience with those we call our friends.

These people are life savers. I have personally lost count of how many times I have been helped by my friends and this is because friendship means a whole lot more than what it is portrayed to be.

The world friendship is from an old English word which means ‘Mutual liking or conjugal love’.

One thing I noticed among all the friendships that I have made is that words are powerful in uniting our bond. This need not be special long words, just a quote or two sent randomly to a friend or on their special day can be a game changer and uplift your friendship.

It is as a result of this and my commitment to ensure that friendship among people keeps getting strengthened that I have compiled some of the best quotes and words of friendship to keep the fire burning among pals, irrespective of their age or distance.

You can copy out these words of friendship to encourage your friends, celebrate them or even send to them randomly. Cheers!

Concluding Notes

These quotes are truly inspiring and empowering. I normally like sharing my most favorite with you and in this particular case, I have two friendship quotes that I so much love. The first is a quote from Dale Carnegie.

“You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.” – Dale Carnegie.

This quote is particularly helpful for those who are introverted and would want to make more friends and become more social. It’s a very practical hack that I have been using since I first learned about it from Dale Carnegie’s book, How to Win Friends and Influence People and it’s been working for me.

The second is a quote from Elizabeth Gilbert.

“We are all a little weird and life’s a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it friendship.”  – Elizabeth Gilbert.

It’s funny and makes so much sense to me at the same time.
